Reliable Plating Corp. provides dull tin plating, also known as matte tin plating, often used in electronic applications for solderability and conductivity. It is also used for food related items. Reliable's dull (Matte) tin plating is alloyed with Bismuth, minimizing development of "Tin Pest" and "Tin Whiskers" which are a concern in pure tin deposits. Tin plating is RoHS, ELV and WEEE compliant.
